- CONTENTS of the course: based on the approach of research GSD (Global Software Development) that provides a basis to manage international software projects. In it, among other content, we delves into:
• Different business models of outsourcing / offshoring
• Managing virtual teams (management of geographical distance, different cultures and languages, etc.)
• Collaborative tools and methodologies that optimize the management in Global Software Development.

- RESULTS: Evaluation of teaching in theory and laboratory, ~4.9 out of 5.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Professor of theory in Bachelor of Computer Science (troncal subject in the third year) and professor of laboratory in Double Bachelor of Computer Science and Business Sciences (troncal subject in the fourth year).
